Terms of Service

By accessing or using Motorfeed (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. You must be 13 or older to use the Service. You must provide accurate information when you sign up.

You retain ownership of the content you post (event listings, photos, car details, comments). By posting, you grant Motorfeed a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote that content as part of the Service.

You agree NOT to post content that:

• Infringes anyone else's rights (copyright, trademark, privacy).
• Is illegal, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory.
• Promotes street racing, illegal car modifications, or other illegal activity.
• Is spam, deceptive, or impersonates someone else.

We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion if we believe they violate these terms.

Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event details (date, location, pricing, safety, permits, insurance). Motorfeed is a directory; we do not verify, endorse, or guarantee any event. Attendees attend at their own risk.

Profile pages for brands, organizers, and creators may be claimed by their rightful owners. Claiming a page falsely (impersonation) violates these terms and may result in suspension.

Featured event placement, sponsored listings, and other paid features are optional. Fees, billing cycles, and refund policies will be disclosed at the point of purchase. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of third-party data (event listings, weather forecasts, maps), or specific results from using the Service.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Motorfeed is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
